Year To Date Sold Homes is at 15,520, Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1,062 down from a week ago by minus -96. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are up from a week ago at 379 versus 364 last week.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 131 down over last week by minus -1, a total of 2,240 units were sold Year To Date and we are Plus +15 in sales week over week, 74 this week compared to 59 Last week.
