Year To Date Sold Homes is at 12,733 Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1,139 up from a week ago by +15. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are up from a week ago at 391 versus 344 last week.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 125 up over last week by plus +4, a total of 1,848 units were sold Year To Date and we are minus -5 in sales week over week, 62 this week compared to 67 Last week.
