Year To Date Sold Homes is at 10,332 Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 2,256 thats up from last week by plus + 8. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 248 this week compared to 216  last week thats plus + 32 this week and 20 coming soon listings thats minus 15 over last week.
