Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,247 thats down from last week by minus 94. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 123 thats Plus 6 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 346 thats minus 18 from last week, a total of 19 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 2 over last week .
