Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,475 thats up from last week by plus 49. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 143 thats minus 108 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 353 thats plus 3 from last week, a total of 16 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 29 week over week .
