Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,487 thats up from last week by plus 4. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 159 thats minus 27 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 381 thats plus 10 from last week, a total of 20 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 8 week over week .
