Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,426 thats up from last week by minus 52. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 251 thats plus 76 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 350 thats plus 10 from last week, a total of 45 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus 7 week over week .
