Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,503 thats up from last week by minus 15. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 191 thats minus 7 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 366 thats minus 9 from last week, a total of 28 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 2 week over week .
