Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,529 thats up from last week by plus 26. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 127 thats minus 64 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 379 thats plus 13 from last week, a total of 22 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 6 week over week .
