Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,547 thats up from last week by minus 69. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 191 thats plus 33 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 387 thats minus 4 from last week, a total of 31 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus 9 this week over last week .
