Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,516 thats up from last week by minus 42. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 143 thats minus 9 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 392 thats plus 4 from last week, a total of 21 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus 4 over last week .
