Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,353 thats up from last week by plus 27. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 210 thats minus 14 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 313 thats plus 2 from last week, a total of 37 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus 3 week over week .
