Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,347 thats up from last week by minus -6. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 178 thats minus 32 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 331 thats plus 18 from last week, a total of 34 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 3 week over week .
