Year To Date Sold Homes is at  8,832  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 2,173 thats up from last week by plus +3. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 301 this week compared to 285  last week thats plus + 16 this week and 35 coming soon listings thats minus - 6 over last week.
