Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 277 this week compared to 293 last week thats minus - 16 this week and 24 coming soon listings thats minus - 3 over last week.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 221 thats plus + 4 week over week , a total of 1,521 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 46 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus - 1 week over week and we have 2 coming soon listings.
