Year To Date Sold Homes is at 9,422 Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 2,314 thats down from last week by minus 4. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 293 this week compared to 229 last week thats plus +64 this week and 27 coming soon listings thats minus - 2 over last week.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 217 thats minus -3 week over week , a total of 1,491 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 47 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus + 4 week over week and we have 1 coming soon listings.
