Year To Date Sold Homes is at  9,050  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 2,318 thats up from last week by plus +145. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 229 this week compared to 301  last week thats minus 72 this week and 29 coming soon listings thats minus - 6 over last week.
