Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,141 thats down from last week by minus 106. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 172 thats Plus 49 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 336 thats minus 10 from last week, a total of 19 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats the same from last week .
