Inventory of Single Family and Patio homes for the entire Pikes Peak Colorado region is at 2,400 thats down from last week by minus 8. Single Family and Patio homes sold this week was 114 thats Plus 38 this week over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes Pikes Peak Region Colorado is at 373 thats minus 9 from last week, a total of 11 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus 4 over last week .
