Year To Date Sold Homes is at 1,954, Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 486 thats up from last week by plus + 26. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 310 this week compared to 219 last week thats up by plus + 91.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 68 thats down by plus +2 , a total of 316 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 47 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats same as last week.
