Year To Date Sold Homes is at 1,681,  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 460 thats up from last week by  plus + 13. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 219 this week compared to 264 last week thats up by minus -45 .

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 66 thats down by minus -11 , a total of 279 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 47 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus + 12 over last week.
