WOW another week of lower inventory. Single family Homes existing in Colorado Springs CO is at 

Year To Date Sold Homes is at 18,159,  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 661 down from a week ago by minus - 26. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are up from a week ago at 286 versus 271 last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 89 up over last week, a total of 2,688 units were sold Year To Date and we are Plus +1 in sales week over week, 41 this week compared to 40 Last week.
