Year To Date Sold Homes is at 1,470, Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 447 thats up from last week by plus + 10. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 264 this week compared to 191 last week thats up by plus + 73 .
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 77 thats down by minus -16 , a total of 232 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 35 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats plus + 6 over last week.
