Year To Date Sold Homes is at 9,841. Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1,004 Down from a week ago by – 27. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are down from a week ago at 381 versus 445 last week.
Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 101 minus from last week, a total of 1,410 units were sold Year To Date and we are plus + 11 in sales week over week, 59 this week compared to 48 Last week.
