Year To Date Sold Homes is at  2,111,  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 491 thats up from last week by  plus + 5. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 193 this week compared to 310 last week thats down by plus -117.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 64 thats down by plus - 4 , a total of 341 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 39 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats down minus -8 week over week.

Year To Date Sold Homes is at 623,  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 493 thats down from last week by -29. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 195 this week compared to 241 last week .

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 86 , a total of 108 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 42 Condos and Townhomes sold this week.

Year To Date Sold Homes is at 17,897,  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 687 down from a week ago by minus - 99. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are down from a week ago at 271 versus 342 last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 84 down over last week, a total of 2,650 units were sold Year To Date and we are minus -14 in sales week over week, 40 this week compared to 49 Last week.

Year To Date Sold Homes is at 16,878,  Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 918 up from a week ago by plus + 58. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are up from a week ago at 372 versus 252 last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 123 plus over last week by plus + 9, a total of 2,499 units were sold Year To Date and we are plus + 22 in sales week over week, 63 this week compared to 41 Last week.
