Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are at 229 this week compared to 301  last week thats minus 72 this week and 29 coming soon listings thats minus - 6 over last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 220 thats minus -7 week over week , a total of 1,435 units were sold Year To Date and we are at 43 Condos and Townhomes sold this week thats minus -9 week over week and we have 1 coming soon listings.
