Year To Date Sold Homes is at 13,110 Inventory of Single family and patio homes is at 1,153 up from a week ago by +14. Single Family and Patio Homes Sales are up from a week ago at 395 versus 391 last week.

Inventory of Condominiums and Townhomes is at 128 up over last week by plus +3, a total of 1,911 units were sold Year To Date and we are plus + 4  in sales week over week, 66 this week compared to 62 Last week.
