Amy has been one of the best realtors that I have ever worked with. She has gone above and beyond in helping us through buying a house in Co. while we are living in Utah. She gave up her Memorial weekend to take us on a whirlwind of house hunting during the only weekend we could make it to Co. She ordered a special infra-red scan done on a new home that prevented us from buying it due to an underlying water problem that would have gone unnoticed otherwise. It was exciting to come in September 2006 to visit my son and his wife for my granddaughters first birthday and who had recently moved to Colorado Springs, my fiancé and I were overwhelmed by the housing prices as we live in Hawaii and suddenly we found a price range for a vacation/rental property we could afford. We were (with Brad’s overwhelming sense of helping his client) our place December 18, 2006 and love it. I had gone to a web site and found several agents that I called. Brad was the first to reply and willing to show me about 15 properties within the last few days before I had to leave. He and Amy worked very hard to send me pictures to help us and Brad was able read my vision and showed me just what we were looking for. Unfortunately I had to get back before a decision could be made, but they had set me up with their personalized website and low and behold we found the perfect place. Had it not been for Brad and his expertise and his time to walk with the inspector it would have cost us an additional $2000.
Just think, I am living in Hawaii and yet I have such great people looking out for our best interest and giving so much Aloha.
